Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- ½ pack of salami or cervelat sausage
- ½ liter of milk
- ketchup
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour thoroughly. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tomato paste, and mix well. Pour in the milk, stir, return the pan to the heat, and bring to a boil while stirring. Chop the salami into small pieces and add it to the sauce. Season with salt and ketchup.
