Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can/n beef
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- some sauce thickener

My children’s favorite dish with pasta
Sauté the onion in oil until translucent, add the chopped beef, mushrooms, and tomato paste, top up with vegetable stock, and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the peas and bring back to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and thicken with a sauce thickener. Finally, stir in 1 tablespoon of cream. Serve with pasta.
