Chickpea puree

Combine all ingredients and puree. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If using dried chickpeas, you’ll need to soak them overnight first. For a quicker version, just buy jarred chickpeas. You can use them straight away; they taste great, too. It’s delicious with any kind of meat and also makes a great spread! We ate it with falafel and tzatziki.
