Herb curd with cress and oregano

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • cress
  • oregano
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the garden cress and oregano and shake dry. Finely chop, peel the garlic, and press it through a press. Blend the quark, sour cream, and cream until smooth. Stir in the garlic, cress, and oregano. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Garnish with fresh oregano leaves, if desired.
