Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g quark
- 150 g sugar
- 450 g flour
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g hazelnuts, chopped or ground
- 200 ml milk
- some butter or margarine for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tastes good with fruit and chocolate sauce or chocolate ice cream
Melt the butter and add it to a bowl with the flour, milk, sugar, quark, hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Separate the egg whites and yolks and beat until stiff peaks form. Stir the egg yolks into the batter and fold in the egg whites. Preheat the waffle iron and brush with butter. Bake the waffles. Serve with chocolate sauce or chocolate ice cream, fruit, etc.
