Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 4 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp cheese, grated Pecorino (32% fat)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Deseed the tomatoes, finely dice them with the arugula, and mix with the cottage cheese and pecorino. Stir in the vinegar until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Per person: 1 person
