Tagliatelle in bacon and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli (approx. 500g)
  • some pepper, white
  • 125 g ham, diced
  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 2 tbsp Flour, Instant
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 g cream, liquid
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated, instant
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the broccoli, divide it into florets, and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain. Keep warm. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon. Dust with flour and sauté. Stir in the tomato paste, deglaze with 1/4 liter of water, and stir in the cream. Season with broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the sour cream. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, divide it among plates, pour the sauce over it, and arrange the florets on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
