delicious as a side dish

Simmer the noodles for 12 minutes in salted water (1 tsp salt per liter). Meanwhile, clean the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Finely dice the bell pepper. Once the noodles are cooked, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and briefly fry the bell peppers, making sure they still have a bite. Then add the spring onion rings and the drained, hot kritharaki. Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter. Feel free to add herbs to taste.
