Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 50 g rye flour
- 75 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- some vanilla
- 3 tbsp coffee, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
without butter, without egg
Combine all dry ingredients, then add oil, milk, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Beat thoroughly with an electric mixer for a few minutes. Pour 3/4 of the batter into a small round baking pan. Mix the remaining batter with coffee and pour it over the light-colored batter. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes. The cake will be very heavy in texture but moist and flavorful.
