Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 g cream
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the finely chopped garlic cloves. Pour in the cream, add the cream cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the pasta in the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
