Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 500 g cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 125 g butter, soft
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake in a greased springform pan at 160 degrees Celsius for 45-50 minutes. Then let it cool, loosen the edges of the cake from the pan with a knife, and remove the springform pan edge from the cake to allow it to cool completely. Ideally, prepare the cake the night before.
