Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- ¼ liter of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Alternately stir in the flour-baking powder mixture and the milk, then fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Pour into a ring-shaped pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes. Do a skewer test and add a little more baking time if necessary. This is a very simple but delicious cake that’s very moist and, above all, quick to mix together.
