Tartlets with vanilla pudding and blueberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tartlets
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 50 ml vanilla pudding
  • 75 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the quick “cake” for in between

Wash and hull the blueberries. Unwrap the cake layers and sprinkle a little whipped cream stabilizer on each layer to prevent them from getting too wet. Whip the cream with a little of the remaining whipped cream using a mixer until stiff peaks form. Spoon the vanilla pudding onto the cake layers and then top with the blueberries. Finally, spoon the whipped cream onto the cakes and serve immediately.
