Mediterranean potatoes in olive oil

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly (I always use organic potatoes because they’re cooked with their skins on). Then grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the potatoes side by side. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary (preferably fresh) and drizzle with olive oil. Finally, cut the garlic cloves into thirds and place them between the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. I usually use this type of potato when grilling instead of baguette or boiled potatoes.
