Kefir cream with black currants

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g kefir (milk kefir)
  • ½ pack of instant gelatin
  • 30 g sugar
  • 100 g black currants (cassis)
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Stir the kefir with the sugar and instant gelatin until smooth. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. De-stem the blackcurrants, wash them, and add sugar if desired. First, fill the cream into jars, then the fruit.
