Italian bean soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Mett or minced meat
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 125 g ham, diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 can beans (sharpened beans)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 300 ml meat broth, or vegetable
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • savory, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Lightly fry the minced meat with the finely diced onion and ham cubes and season. Pour in the broth and cook the potatoes until tender. Add the tomatoes and beans and bring everything back to a boil. Season with savory, if desired. Serve with herb or garlic baguette.
