Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ayran
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s) or 1/4 cucumber
  • 50 g sheep’s cheese, light
  • 1 m.-large Pepper, red
  • ½ bell pepper(s), any color
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 tbsp black olives, pitted
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Light breakfast

Wash and trim the vegetables, remove the stems, and core the peppers and chili peppers. Dice everything. Wash the herbs, shake dry, and finely chop. Slice the olives. Finely dice the feta cheese. Heat a pan and briefly toast the oats. Mix the vegetables with the herbs and feta cheese. Pour the ayran over the vegetables and sprinkle with toasted oats. Season with salt. Mix everything lightly.
