Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g ladyfingers
- 500 g semi-skimmed mascarpone
- 2 packs of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
- 600 ml milk
- 200 ml coffee (cappuccino, preferably with amaretto flavoring)
- some Amaretto
- some cocoa powder, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tastes like the original, only much lighter!
Mix the paradise cream with the milk according to the package instructions. Roughly mix the mascarpone with 1/3 of the cappuccino. Combine the paradise cream and mascarpone mixture. Place a layer of sponge cakes in a baking dish and drizzle with 1/3 of the cappuccino. Drizzle with amaretto, if desired. Spread half of the cream over the sponge cakes. Place another layer of sponge cake on top and drizzle with the remaining cappuccino and amaretto. Spread the remaining cream on top and dust with chocolate powder. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few more hours, then serve.
