Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g honeydew melon(s), cut into pieces
- 1 banana(s), ripe, sliced
- 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed or 100% fruit juice, more if needed
- possibly honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes
with banana and orange juice, no sugar, 100% fruit
Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup and puree with an immersion blender or transfer everything to a blender. If you want the smoothie to be less thick, add orange juice until it reaches the desired consistency. If the smoothie isn’t sweet enough: A proper smoothie should contain 100% fruit, but if you like, you can sweeten it with honey. Avoid sugar or syrup. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
