Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 handful of cashew nuts and almonds, mixed
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 dates
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
sugar-free, vegan
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. My blender has a nut milk setting and blends for about 1 minute. If you don’t like bananas, the drink tastes great without them and is very filling thanks to the nuts. Some days, this drink replaces my breakfast.
