Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 tangerine or orange
  • 2 cm ginger, fresh
  • 10 small tomatoes
  • 1 pineapple slice(s), sweet, 2-finger-wide
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 handful of walnuts or pecans
  • 1 jar walnut oil, linseed or rapeseed oil, a shot glass full
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • e.g. herbs, fresh or flowers

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious turbo booster for the immune system

If possible, source all ingredients organic. Peel the ginger and finely dice it. Chop the nuts. Cut the remaining fruit and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Tear the arugula into small pieces. Mix all ingredients with oil and balsamic vinegar and serve. If you like, you can add herbs and flowers.
