Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 g butter
  • 25 g oat flakes (whole grain)
  • 150 g quark, low-fat
  • 30 ml milk
  • 15 g honey
  • 1 small banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whole grain muesli with quark and banana

Melt the butter in a pan. Toast the oats in it, remove from the heat, and let cool. Stir the quark with the milk and honey until smooth. Stir in the oats. Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and stir it in.
