Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 gherkins
- 4 tbsp shallots
- 1 garlic (solo garlic)
- 1 Pepper
- some cucumber juice or mild wine vinegar
- 100 g parsley, frozen
- 150 ml olive oil
- Sea salt
- black pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

delicious sauce for steak
Finely chop the gherkins, the pearl onions, the garlic, and the cleaned (seeded) chili peppers (without seeds). I use a cleaver for this. To achieve the necessary acidity, I add a good splash of the gherkin broth. If you don’t like that, you can also use a good, mild wine vinegar. Add the parsley and olive oil, mix everything well, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a little sugar, if desired.
