Garlic cream with sour cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g quark
  • n. B. Remoulade with herbs
  • Mineral water or milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chives
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Can be used as a dip or salad dressing

Combine the sour cream, quark, and remoulade in a bowl and stir until creamy. Then add mineral water or milk until it reaches the desired consistency. Finely chop the garlic, parsley, and chives and add to the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and a little more remoulade if desired.
