Quick alphabet soup with tuna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables (carrots, celery, parsley and leeks), finely diced
  • ½ small onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 cup noodles (alphabet noodles)
  • ½ can tuna in oil, shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring ½ liter of water to a boil and dissolve the stock cube in it. First, add the carrots and celery to the broth and simmer gently. A little later, add the onions, leeks, tuna, and alphabet pasta. When the pasta is tender, season the soup with salt and pepper. Ladle the soup among bowls and serve sprinkled with parsley.
