Mirabelle Overnight Oats

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mirabelle plums
  • 250 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful of mirabelle plums or other fruits of your choice
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Pit the mirabelle plums and puree them finely. Add the milk and oatmeal and mix well. Pour into two bowls and refrigerate, preferably overnight. After a few hours, everything should have a yogurt-like consistency. Before serving, garnish with toppings as desired. I like to use some more oatmeal, fresh mirabelle plums, chia seeds, and desiccated coconut. But you can decorate it however you like.
