Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g yogurt
- handful of grapes
- 4 strawberries
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Take a breakfast bowl and pour in the yogurt. Wash the grapes and strawberries. Depending on the size of the fruit, chop them up a bit. Then add a spoonful of oatmeal and mix. Finally, drizzle with honey, and your breakfast or snack is ready.
