Winter dessert
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan-assisted). Wash and dry the apples, cut off a top, and scrape out the insides, leaving a little bit of an edge. Drizzle the insides of the apples with lemon juice. Place the apples in a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. For the filling, beat the quark and cream with a hand mixer, then drizzle in the honey. Stir in 1 tablespoon each of nuts and raisins and fill the apples with the cream. Place the filled apples on plates, add the remaining cream, and scatter some nuts and raisins decoratively. Drizzle with honey and dust with powdered sugar to serve.
