Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large pork schnitzel
- 1 handful of onion(s), chopped
- 1 small gherkin(s) (e.g. chili gherkins), hot, grated
- n. B. Mustard, medium hot
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- e.g. olive oil
- some flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
stuffed schnitzel
Cut the pork schnitzel into a butterfly shape. Pound it flat on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Briefly fry the onion with the grated gherkin, then add the mustard and mix everything together. Fill the schnitzel with this mustard mixture, fold it over, and secure it with a wooden skewer or toothpick. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and then fry it in hot olive oil for about 3 minutes on both sides. Serve with croquettes and salad of your choice.
