Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 150 g butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g poppy seeds
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
- 250 g butter
- Chocolate shavings and cream, for decoration

Filled triple-decker
For the batter, mix together eggs, sugar, sour cream, butter, flour, and baking powder. Divide the batter into three portions. Add the chopped walnuts to the first portion, the poppy seeds to the second portion, and the cocoa powder to the third portion. Bake each portion separately in a 26 cm diameter springform pan at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. For the cream, beat the milk and butter separately, then mix together. Spread the cream on the cake layers and stack them on top (from bottom to top: walnut, poppy seeds, cocoa). Spread the cream on top and all around the cakes. Finally, decorate with dollops of cream and chocolate shavings.
