Bulgur and pea pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g bulgur
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with feta

Cook the bulgur wheat with a little more water than the package directions indicate. After about five minutes, stir in the frozen peas and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and simmer for about another three minutes. Meanwhile, dice the feta and heat a pan with a little oil. Pour the liquid mixture from the pot into the pan, season as desired, sprinkle the feta over the top, and let the remaining liquid evaporate. Then fry everything until browned to your liking.
