Curd and peach strudel

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry (refrigerated section)
  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 half peaches, (can)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Then add the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix well. Drain the peaches thoroughly and slice them. Roll out the puff pastry and spread half of the quark cream on it. Arrange the peach slices on top and spread the remaining quark cream on top. Roll up the pastry and seal it tightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
