Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of dough, fresh strudel dough
- 3 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roll out the strudel dough. Peel and core the apples, and chop finely. Spread them over the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Unroll the strudel and pinch the ends together. Then place it in a loaf pan. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes. Whisk the eggs with the milk and pour over the strudel. Bake for another 20-25 minutes. Serve with hot vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream. You can garnish the strudel with raisins, nuts, and marzipan, if desired.
