Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 liter orange juice
- 2 packs of pudding powder, cream
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 pack flavoring, lemon peel
- 32 mandarin orange slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Take 10 tablespoons of the orange juice and mix it with the pudding mix, sugar, and lemon zest flavoring. Bring the remaining orange juice to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the pudding mix. Then bring back to a boil. Place 3 mandarin orange segments into each of 8 glass bowls and fill with the pudding. Let cool and place 1 mandarin orange segment on top of each serving.
