Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g almond flakes
- 125 g chocolate, grated
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 egg whites
- 125 g sugar

Protein utilization, done in no time
Thoroughly mix the flaked almonds, chocolate, cocoa, and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat the egg whites and sugar in a hot water bath until a thick paste forms. Fold the almond mixture into the egg whites, place small heaps of them on a baking sheet with a teaspoon, and bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 15 minutes. The macarons should still be soft inside. The macarons will keep for three to four weeks in a sealed container.
