Pudding from the bag a little spiced up

Vanilla pudding from a packet doesn’t taste very good. There are two little tricks you can liven up the pudding. Mix the pudding powder with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Stir the pudding powder mixture into 5 tablespoons of cream until lump-free. Next, boil the remaining cream and stir in the pudding powder. Then separate the eggs. Using a hand mixer, beat the egg whites in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Whisk this mixture into the prepared pudding. This makes it creamier. Finally, stir the egg yolks into the pudding. This gives it a dreamy color.
