Fruity, fresh fruit cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter apple juice, or currant juice or similar.
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 cups of yogurt or 250 g quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients (except the quark/yogurt) thoroughly with a hand mixer. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat 3-4 times, stirring constantly. Stir the quark or yogurt into the cream and pour into serving glasses. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
