Apple cider cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 jar schnapps (fruit schnapps)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the custard powder with a little water. Bring the apple juice and sugar to a boil, cook with the custard powder until thickened, and refrigerate. Stir frequently. Mix the cream with whipped cream, refine with fruit schnapps, and serve in glass bowls with one ice cube each.
