Thaw the puff pastry or cut fresh puff pastry into squares with sides measuring approximately 15 cm. Cut the sausages lengthwise and fill each with a strip of semi-hard cheese. Place each piece of puff pastry in the middle and cut stripes on the left and right sides of the sausages. Fold these strips alternately over the sausages to create a great look. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes. Check for browning after 15 minutes.
