Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g minced meat
- 6 small eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Make scrambled eggs from 2 eggs. Boil 4 small eggs until soft-boiled. Fill 4 dessert rings with the minced meat, i.e. cover the bottom and press down. Then cover the sides in the same way and press down. Do the same with the scrambled eggs. Place a boiled egg in the center of each dessert ring. Cover with scrambled eggs and minced meat. Briefly fry the minced meat on the open sides of the dessert rings in a non-stick pan. Remove the dessert rings from the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes. Remove the dessert rings and serve.
