Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) smoked pork loin without bone, thinly sliced
- 80 g smoked salmon
- 1 slice(s) of bread (brown bread)
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 bunch of chives
Instructions

Sear the thinly sliced smoked pork. Spread some of the crème fraîche on the brown bread. Place the seared smoked pork on the brown bread and spread more crème fraîche on top. Top with the smoked salmon and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
