Garlic Turkey Salmon Omelette

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 slice(s) turkey breast fillet(s), smoked (turkey salmon smoked meat)
  • 1 tsp Ajvar, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and finely dice the garlic clove. Then mix it with the eggs and ajvar. Pour the oil into a pan and add the egg mixture. Let it set for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then place the slice of smoked turkey breast fillet (turkey salmon smoked meat) in the center of the omelet and let it set for about 7 minutes over medium heat. Serve hot.
