Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 4 jacket potatoes
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • curry
  • Caraway seeds
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the cucumber and bell peppers. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Heat a pan with fat. Add the bell peppers, cucumber, and potatoes, cook until cooked through, and finally stir in the ketchup and season with spices.
