Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 175 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 1 bottle of flavoring (butter flavoring)
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g nuts, ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Cake icing or powdered sugar

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days 18 hours; Total time approx. 3 days 18 hours 20 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes, and boil them in water until tender. Then mash them and add all the ingredients one by one. Mix everything well. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a springform pan and pour in the batter. Bake the cake at 180°C for 70 minutes. Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar or glaze.
