  • 160 g tagliatelle pasta (wholemeal spelt), raw
  • salt water
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 175 g herb cream cheese, reduced fat
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the ground beef in a nonstick pan with olive oil. Add the sliced ​​carrots and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry for about 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese and mix well. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Serve the pasta and sauce on a plate.
