Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 160 g tagliatelle pasta (wholemeal spelt), raw
- salt water
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 175 g herb cream cheese, reduced fat
- 1 tsp olive oil
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
low-fat version – very tasty
Brown the ground beef in a nonstick pan with olive oil. Add the sliced carrots and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry for about 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese and mix well. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Serve the pasta and sauce on a plate.
