Pasta and broccoli pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta, e.g. E.g. tagliatelle, farfalle etc
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for about 7 minutes. Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, peel and slice the onion. Heat the butter in a large pan, fry the bacon cubes, and add the onions. Mix the egg and egg yolk with the cream in a bowl and season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Briefly drain the pasta and broccoli and add them to the pan with the onions and bacon cubes. Add the egg mixture to the pan and heat briefly. Serve immediately.
