Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 100 g beans
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp garlic oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and boil the potatoes, adding the beans about 3-4 minutes before the end and bringing to a boil. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Grill the pork chops on both sides. Place a pan on the grill. Once it’s heated, sauté the onions in oil. When they’re translucent, add the sliced ​​potatoes and beans. Season to taste with salt and pepper and finish cooking the pork chops in the pan.
