Quick potato salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg jacket potatoes
  • 1 jar tartar sauce (gourmet tartar sauce)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

easy to prepare

Peel the boiled potatoes and slice them. Mix the gourmet remoulade with the milk and pour it over the potato slices. Add the remaining ingredients (cucumbers, eggs, mustard) and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for a few hours. I serve it with meatballs and white bread.
