Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced beef or mixed
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, or butter
- Salt
- black pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 500 g pasta, e.g. spirelli
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Hilla’s minced meat and noodle pot
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and then rinse well. Return the cooked pasta to the pot and stir in the tomato paste. Season with pepper, paprika, and salt if desired. Place the mixed minced meat in a bowl. Add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and the raw egg and mix to combine. Then add the breadcrumbs and mix to combine. Heat a pan with 1/2 tablespoon of oil or butter and, using a teaspoon, add 150g of the minced meat in small pieces and fry until cooked through. Add to the pasta along with the fat. Repeat the process. Mix everything gently and serve on deep plates.
