Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup rice (large cup)
- 1 jar chili sauce (gypsy sauce)
- 5 onions
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, egg, and a diced onion. Cook rice in twice the amount of water and, once cooled, add it to the ground beef. Mix everything together and spread it on a greased baking sheet. Spread the gypsy sauce on top and top with mushrooms. Bake at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Then cover with sliced and steamed onions and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve with white bread and Chinese cabbage salad.
